Outlook Voice Recorder lets you record and send voice emails with Outlook. It adds an additional button to the new message dialog, and clicking on it will bring upi the easy to use recording dialog. The program records to .wma (Windows Media) file and you can adjust the quality settings to increase or decrease file size. When you are finished recording, the file will be automatically attached to the current message. The trial version is limited to 20 seconds recording time.

Purpose: OutlookDisclaimer is a tool to automatically format and brand outgoing email. You do not need Exchange or any other mail server to add the disclaimer because it is a client based tool. OutNote is a unique Outlook add-in that enables you to attach notes to your Outlook emails and contacts.
