| Potolook plugin for Microsoft Outlook 3.6 - An extensive package of Outlook plug-ins., Subcategory: Misc. E-mail Tools

39.95 | OS:
Windows | Size:
2001 KB | Version:
3.6 |
Microsoft Outlook is a powerful e-mail messaging and management system that we use everyday. Even a minute saved on a repetitive operation may save you a few hours every week. This is why Outlook plug-ins (programs intended to enhance certain operations or add new features) are so popular today.
As a heavy Outlook user myself, I tried and used many different plug-ins. Some of them have turned out to be very helpful. Recently, I came across a new multi-purpose Outlook plug-in package. After reading its description, I've suddenly realized that this solution can substitute for many of the
plug-ins that I used so far, some of which alone cost more than this all-in-one package.
So, let me introduce...Potolook. A magic pot full of useful modules. The most useable Potolook module, to me, is the message template editor. You can define dynamic templates. "Dynamic" (as opposed to static stationery or saved messages) means that you can use various macros to construct your
templates, including a recipient's and sender's info, dates, quotes, etc. Templates can be bound to specific folders or filtering rules. With this plug-in, you can create personalized responses in seconds.
Another good Potolook module is Highlighter. Remember what happens when corresponding with a customer support address. You send them a message, they reply and quote your original message then you reply and quote their previous reply plus your original message, etc. Finally you end up with an
unreadable jumble of multilevel quotations. Highlighter can help you by coloring and styling quotes of different level.
A Quick Viewer for Attachments is another handy tool of this package that allows you to quickly view attached images and documents without the need to first save them. With Attachments Compressor, you'll never need to zip your attachments manually before sending. Personalized Newsletter, Discussion Group utilities and other modules will make your life easier.

| Print Tools for Outlook 1.7.2 - Automatically prints messages and attachments, Subcategory: Misc. E-mail Tools
| Price:
24 | OS:
Win98,WinME,WinXP,WinNT 4.x,Win2000 | Size:
2976 KB | Version:
1.7.2 |
Print Tools for Outlook is a Microsoft Outlook add-in. It will help you automatically print incoming and outgoing messages with attachments (as well as messages and attachments separately) without even opening them. The plug-in automatically unpacks and prints packed ZIP and RAR attachments, and supports manual and automatic working modes. Program settings necessary for the automatic working mode are intuitively clear and few in number. Messages printed with Print Tools look exactly the same as those printed by the standard means of Microsoft Outlook. But the plug-in makes up for some of its shortcomings. Thus, you have to change the format of an HTML message to RTF or TXT to be able to print the message with the list of attachments, because none of Microsoft Outlook versions adds the list of attachments to the message header in the HTML format. Using Print Tools, you can forget about this problem. Using Microsoft Outlook rules together with the Print Tools plug-in allows you to create a system that will automatically print messages and/or files attached to them. Although Microsoft Outlook has a standard printing rule, you can neither specify (or forbid) specific file types nor print an attachment separately from its message. Print Tools makes it possible to print any message and attachment (as well as Notes, Tasks, etc.) of any format. To start printing, just click the Print Tools button on the Microsoft Outlook toolbar. The program is ready to work right after you install it. Make your work with correspondents easier! Designed for Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002/XP and 2003.
