Mail Box Dispatcher allows you control incoming email messages on server side, before downloading them to your email program. It acts as a simple, hands-on spam filter and allows you to easily specify criteria (from, subject, text etc.) to select unwanted messages and then delete them. The program can also download a specified number of lines, allowing you to quickly preview part or all of the message. The optional auto-selection feature lets you pre-mark certain messages for deletion, so all you have to do is click a button to remove them from the server. None of your email is deleted automatically, so it is safe to use without risking to lose an important message.

Mailbox Guard lets you fight spam, junkmail and viruses before they get into your inbox. No Spam Today! is an SMTP proxy server based spam filter that sits between the internet and your mail server. It accepts the incoming mail, filters it and passes it on to your mail server. This is done completely transparent, and all settings, rules and configuration of your mail server remain unchanged. No Spam Today! uses the SpamAssasin (open source) engine to identify spam, flags it in the subject line and adds a spam report to the suspected spam message. As an additional measure the original message is attached to the mail, preventing accidental opening of spam that could contain tracking bugs or malicious code. The program works directly on the TCP/IP level and does not reuqire you to change any settings in your email program. Norton AntiSpam can automatically learn from your email behaviour and will detect a high percentage of spam immediately after installation. Nukem for Microsoft Outlook is an anti-spam add-on for MS Outlook that allows you to block spam from known spam organizations. It can also automatically send a complaint to the spammers ISP, including a customizable message text and link to a detailed information page. NUCEM comes with an option to exclude friendly domain from processing, but does not allow or provide any editing of the content filtering. We tested it with 100 spam messages and less than half of them were automatically detected as spam. The program provides a button in the Outlook toolbar, that allows you to quickly add the ones that slipped through, so that they will be automatically filtered in the future. NUCEM uses databases of known spam organizations to determine which mail is filtered. This has the advantage of few false positives, but usually does not provide highly accurate filtering for spam that comes from unknown organization (many). Filtered mail is automatically moved to a specified folder (for later review) or deleted.
