Pictures Toolbar for Internet Explorer allows you to download all images that are linked from a page and then view them as a slideshow in the browser window (IE 5.5 and up) . You can navigate back and forward or delete an image or switch between galleries. The images are automatically downloaded and saved as galleries in a a folder of your choice. The toolbar makes a handy addition to IE for people that frequently download large numbers of images from web sites. Configuration options allow you to specify the level of linked images to download, the extension(s) to be included in the download and the minimum size of an image to be downloaded.

SeqDownload is a tool to automatically download the same (image) file over and over.
