XP Syspad provides quick access to many Windows management features, as well as programs, system folders and more, without having to use the Control Panel or click through multiple menus to get there. It runs in the system tray, from where you can right-click to access common folders (and files inside them), the Start Menu and IE Favorites or left-click to invoke the small interface that lets you select from more than 100 categorized functions, including a small calculator and a clock display. The program does not introduce any new features, all of the functions are mostly shortcuts to standard Windows XP features, however it is much easier (and faster) to access them via XP Syspad.

XPME enables you to change the appearance of older Windows programs, so that they support the XP style buttons and controls. It does this creating a modified version of the EXE file, that works just like the original, but offers the visual improvements. Will work with most, but not all programs. The original program is backed up, so you can restore it at any time.

ZHider is a small, standalone utility that allows you to completely hide any window from sight, using a quick keyboard shortcut. The hidden windows will not appear in the taskbar or system try, and can be easily unhidden by using another keyboard shortcut. You can also display a list of all currently hidden windows and optionally restore all of them instantly. The keyboard shortcuts to use are included in the Readme.txt. There in no interface, other than the list window, and only when triggered via hotkey.

ZipInstaller allows you to install and uninstall applications that do not provide an internal installation program. Many times, a program does not require installation and can simply unzipped and saved to any folder. While there is nothing wrong with that, you mat forget about where you saved the program, or even that you still have it. That's where ZipInstaller comes in - it extracts all files from the Zip file, copies them to the destination folder you select, creates (optional) shortcuts in the start menu and in your desktop, and adds an uninstall module to allow you to automatically remove the software in the future. Handy tool for frequent downloaders.
