Using Total Mail Converter you may select the fields that you want to export: Sender, Recipient, Date, Subject, or Body. Attachments can be extracted if you convert emails to HTML format.
Total Mail Converter integrates into Microsoft right-click menu. That means that you may select the file on your desktop and make a right-click on it. In the popup menu select Convert To option.
