| WebTweezers is a tool to extract the (text) content that you want out of a web page and automatically save it to text, HTML (optionally with pictures), XML or a database (MS Access, MySQL or ODBC connection). The program integrates into the IE toolbar and allows you to visually select blocks of information to be saved. It offers several ways to select the information, eliminating unwanted elements like advertising, design components etc. WebTweezers also comes with a Quick Save function, that remembers your actions and can semi-automated the extraction for multiple pages, which is useful if you are collecting data from multiple pages that use the same layout.
