| TaskMeter is a system monitoring tool, that lets you monitor your CPU usage and more in neat graph displays, right on your taskbar. Measuring options include disk access, network access, context switches, memory usage, and many others. Anything you can monitor with the Win2k/XP Performance Monitor (perfmon), you can monitor in TaskMeter. You can even monitor statistics for different machines on your network. TaskMeter can be docked to any edge of your desktop, or put inside your taskbar, where it behaves exactly like any other "desk band" on the system. TaskMeter supports multiple graphs, with multiple lines, and user-definable colors and font settings. Once you have customized your settings, you can save the arrangement of graphs as a file for later use or switching between configurations. XML data files make it easy to automate or deploy throughout an enterprise.
