| CMB Fax/E-Mail/Store allows you to capture print documents from any Windows program and send them by e-mail (PDF + Excel) or Fax (TIF) or store the captured documents as PDF files exactly as they appear on print. The program uses a rather unique approach to do this; you can insert color coded (white) text into the document, that contains instruction on how to process the file. You then select the new CMB printer driver to print the document, however rather than sending it to your real papaer printer, it will automatically send it to the email address specified in the hidden instructions. In the same manner, you can route the document to your fax or save it as local file in PDF format. You can customize the entire process in several aspects, specify a custom letter head to use, use different forms and email templates, which will be automatically selected based on the hidden instructions in the document. While the program works fine, we found it a little complicated to use and not very well documented.
