| LiveBalloon lets you create comic-like photo stories from your images. You can freely arrange and size the images with your mouse and then add balloon shapes with custom text. It offers 3 different types of basic balloons that can be freely resized and adjusted to your preference. The project can be saved or printed. We found the results to be as advertised, but fairly basic, and would have expected more from a product in this price range.
