| CPUKiller can slow down your PC by up to 98% in order to use old games or programs that cannot run properly on today's fast CPUs. Many old software products crash with errors like "runtime error" , "overflow error" , etc.. CPUKiller allows you to take control of your processor and make the resource occupancy grow enough to slow down the execution of other applications. You can add your old applications to a list, and then launch them through the CPUKiller interface, returning your CPU to normal, once you're finished. The degree of slowdown can be adjusted, using a slider. We did not test the program using any old games or programs, however we did test the slow down effect - and it works as promised.
