| ThemeMaker McDeb allows you to quickly and easily build custom themes for you Pocket PC. The program itself installs on your desktop PC from where you can transfer themes from and to your PocketPC device. Unlike the Microsoft provided Theme Editor, ThemeMaker McDeb allows you to customize all aspects of the Today screen, including colors of other elements. You can create new themes from scratch or open any existing .tsk file, edit it and save it as a new theme. Additional features include a built-in theme manager, customizable screen capture and more. The program supports BMP, JPG, PNG, PCX and TGA images.
