| ComputerWatermark allows you to increase the chance to recover your computer in case it gets stolen, or to make sure you have a proof in any dispute over the ownership of your computer or disk(s). It writes your name and address (or any other information you want) on the entire free surface of your disk drives. The existing files are not modified in any way. Police or other law enforcement personnel will be able to see your information using any simple disk editor, unerase program, or forensic tools. The program is also useful for any other purpose where it may be needed to proof ownership of your computer (disk).
