| Media Detective is a software tool for finding and removing pornographic media from your PC. It scans media files on the computer, such as pictures and movies, to check whether they contain adult content. The program does not simply scan for images or keywords, but actually opens and inspects the files for skin tone present. Any files found are then rated according to their potential for obscenity and are displayed. In addition, it can also flag files that have offensive keywords in the file name. Media Detective can also verify the extension of the files, so that for example an image that has been renamed to a different extension can still be detected. You can preview any files that were found with the built-in viewer and choose to delete them. Designed for use at home, schools, businesses etc.
