| SuperCat is a disk cataloging tool, that allows you to index and search files on local drives as well as removable disks such as CD-ROMs, Zip disks and diskettes. Creating a new catalog is as easy as selecting the drive and clicking a button. If needed, you can specify criteria to filter the data to be included in the index and also choose whether to index the content of zip files. The search functions provide you with advanced search functionality that produces almost instant results. You can search selected catalogs or across all your indexes, allowing you to scan an entire CD collection, without having to insert a single disk. Additional features include duplicate searching, built-in zip support and image preview as well as a built-in scheduler to automatically update your catalog indexes. The file listings can also be exported to Excel, Word, XML, HTML and other formats.
