| GhostTyperXML is a tool to speed up the typing of frequently used text, e-mail addresses and hyperlinks. It allows you to store templates that can be inserted into the current document by typing a shortcut or using the tray icon. For example, you could type #mysig in any document, and GhostTyperXML will instantly replace it with your signature (or whatever else you want to insert). It can be used for canned email responses, letter templates and many other purposes that normally require typing. The program also supports some advanced features like dynamic insertion of variables and commands, as well as formatted text. The collection of text snippets is saved in an archive file, that can be shared with other users across a network.
