| at32 Comedy Webcam is a unique tray-based webcam application with some amazing (and often humorous) special effects. It offers automated FTP uploading to a server and can also act as a HTTP server on your local PC, so people can visit your webcam right on your local machine. In addition, you can also save the images to hard disk or archive them. What makes this program unique however, are over 50 post-processing effects including: superimposement screen (Blue Screen), overlays, captions, filters, transformations and more, that can be applied to your webcam image. at32 Comedy Webcam is free to use, however feature limited and includes a nag screen to encourage upgrade to a Pro version.
