| FastHTM Menu Builder allows you to create site navigation menus, using various style that can be customized to your needs. It offers horizontal, as well as vertical menus, featuring mouseover effects, transparency levels, color fading and more. The menus are very small in size, average at less than 10k and will load quickly in any browser. The program provides an integrated browser preview, that displays your changes in real-time and can also emulate Opera display. The menus are very compact, and the software includes some good design to get started with, however the interface to create/edit the menus, is far from user-friendly, and rather primitive. Help is provided in broken English. Overall, good results, but poor way to get there.
