| RA is a web-based remote administration, access and control utility. Once RA is loaded on a computer, that computer can then be accessed via TCP/IP from any other computer, without any special client software. RA operates through any Java-enabled web browser. Users can start and stop services, upload and download files and perform routine maintenance as if they were in front of the computer. RA is WAP-enabled and features system monitoring and alerting.
