| NetRanger is an Internet toolkit that provides a set of tools to diagnose network problems and gather information about users, hosts and networks on the Internet or Intranet. It includes Ping, Trace, Host Lookup, Finger, Whois, Time, QoD, Port Scanner, Host Scanner, Network Statistics, Network Connections, Dialup Manager, and simple email checker (MailKit) that allows you to be notified when new mail arrives in your POP account(s).
