| Cleanerzoomer enables you to remove virtually any kind of artifacts and noise from your digital images, including JPEG blockiness and fringes (ringing), photo noise, hot pixels, dust, moire, color banding, dithering, and similar defects. It addition, it can also enlarge images with high quality results. The program provides several presets, and you can customize (and save) the parameters for your needs. A preview frame allows you to view the results of the processing for any selected area of the image. We also tested the program with several underwater images, that contained fairly heavy (flash) backscatter and it produced very good results.
