| PhoTags is a new and unique software solution for adding and inserting text messages to digital JPEG photos. You can insert messages, captions, keywords, frames and borders into your JPEG images and then choose to have them displayed or hidden. Unlike other applications that merge any text that is displayed on the image when saved as a JPEG and then can never be removed, PhoTags patent pending technology adds a virtual layer that never changes the image itself. In a nutshell, this means that you can add text, frames etc to all your favorite images, without ruining them. Any text added and saved is stored inside the image and can be altered anytime with the PhoTags editor. You can also choose to print your images with or without the text and additional enhancements. In addition, the program also acts as a photo organizer - you can assign categories, additional (hidden) comments and other details to the picture, which can be searched from within Windows, without the need to setup any database. PhoTags enhanced photos can be sent via e-mail, uploaded to the Net or downloaded to a Pocket PC and viewed by any device with JPEG viewing capability, even if the recipient does not have a copy of PhoTags. Additional features include batch processing, slide show, full support and indexing of EXIF information, email optimizer (to reduce the size of the image), print wizard and more.
