| Email Templates is an extension to Microsoft Outlook designed to send personalized messages rapidly to individuals and multiple recipients. It allows you to speed up the process of handling your mail, by using customizable message templates, that have the text and much other information already filled in. The templates can be interactive, prompting you for a specific detail, and they can extract and use sender information wherever appropriate. The program comes with many sample templates included, that can be customized for your specific needs. You can also create new templates using simple or more advanced techniques. Advanced users can even add additional functionality by using the easy to use VBScript programming interface. Email Templates is perfect for simple needs like `Thank you for your order` and similar responses, but it is also capable of performing very specific and highly customized actions with support for XML parsing and more. The program integrates 4 new buttons into the Outlook toolbar that allow you to create a new message from a selected template, reply with a template, forward with a template or to quote from a template.
