| WorkgroupShare for Outlook lets you share Outlook Contacts, Tasks and Calendars (not mail folders) without the need for Microsoft Exchange. The program runs as a server that is installed on the machine that contains the shared Outlook data and includes a client application, which is installed on each workstation that needs access to the shares. The server provides full administrative control over the shared folders - you can specify users that have access, and also what level of access each is granted per folder (read, write etc.). The client application integrates with Outlook and adds a new item Shared Information to the folder tree from where the user can access the data that is intended to be shared with his/her user account. The server can be set to automatically synchronize with the clients every X minutes and each client can also perform a manual synchronization as needed.
