| NEO is a companion product that greatly enhances Microsoft Outlook. It offers an innovative new interface for managing and searching email. NEO automatically categorizes email messages from your correspondents separately from Spam, Ezines and Lists. With a single click NEO can hide all the junk and show only the emails from real people. In addition, on-the-fly word indexing and a fast search feature makes finding messages a breeze - search across tens of thousands of emails at blazing speed (up to 100 times faster than Outlook). NEO`s new approach to email management allows you to see Incoming and Outgoing Email together, enabling you to see all the email TO and FROM one person in ONE view - and it does that automatically for all of your correspondents.
The program works with Outlook message stores and Microsoft Exchange Server mailboxes. You can compose, reply, forward, send and receive all from within NEO, and you can switch easily between Nelson and Outlook. NEO also comes with a "Caller Id for Email" feature, that allows you to be notified of new mail. New Fast Sync feature that runs in the background and support for Outlook and 3rd party Spam filters.
