 MailRobot Screenshot
| MailRobot is designed to run in the background, periodically check email accounts, classify any new messages that are in these accounts into types and react to each message based upon its type, usually by either notifying you of its existence or deleting it. Basically acting as a precursor to a mail reader. When MailRobot checks for email in an account, only the header information on the server is analyzed. Not only does this make things faster, but by not downloading the entire message, it gives you the opportunity to delete any large unwanted messages that may be on the server that you wouldn t want to download with your mail reader. The Message View dialog gives you the opportunity to view the header information of the messages waiting on the server. From this dialog you can also either ignore the message (cancel any pending methods/notifications) or delete the message altogether.
