| BajEye is a web content filter that hooks itself directly into the TCP/IP stack, therefore it does not need to run as a proxy server and can support existing proxies without further configuration. The program offers filtering capabilities using lists built with a patented Internet content classification method including vision technology to look at pictures to identify pornographic images. You can select from a wide range of categories to block, this does not only include the conventional "bad" sites, but also free mail services, download sites, investment sites, gambling, search engines etc. The database of pornographic websites alone is over 400,000 and grows daily. Other features include privacy protection, javascript filtering, outgoing CHAT filtering and more. BajEye is configure through a built in service that updates filters automatically, so there is no need to worry about creating your own list. BajEye also provides an override feature to add or remove sites. Violations can be alerted by pop-up window, silently logged or redirected to a user defined location. The program is easy to use and well suited for concerned parents, schools or other public institutions since it does not require any maintenance or technical knowledge.
