| Pop Up Washer intelligently blocks intrusive pop-up ads and messenger windows and allows popups to open that are triggered when you click on a link, so it does not interfere with your normal browsing. The program stops pop-ups at the Internet Explorer engine before they appear, preventing screen flickers or one-second popups as with some other programs. In addition, you can keep a White List od sites that you do want to allow popups on, as well as a Black List for sites that should always be blocked.
