| PaperCut Quota is a print monitoring and charging system for Windows networks. It allows you to assign print and Internet usage credits to user, and deduct them as they are using the service. If credits are used up, the user will be blocked from printing or Internet usage. The program offers a flexible restrictions scheme that also allows for unrestricted use (can be set per-user), yet denying print jobs that exceed a specified number of pages, use a selected color mode and more. This way the system can be used in a user-pays environment, or simply to monitor usage and limit excess use or abuse of resources. In order to control Internet usage, your network must use a supported proxy server (ISA Server, Squid, WinGate and FreeProxy). PaperCut Quota is free for small networks with up to 5 users, or on a standalone PC.
