| FlashPaste Lite allows you to quickly insert common text or phrases into online forms. It allows you to create multiple items (e.g your name, address, username etc.) and then select any of them by clicking a hotkey, which will bring up a small menu box, next to the form field to be filled. Just select your entry from the list, and it will be automatically inserted, without having to type it. The program is not limited to online forms, but can also be used in your email program, word processor, or any other application.
