It offers customizable HTML output that you can edit to match your site design, and also save the design as a template, so it can be applied to other galleries. You can add titles and descriptions to each image, specify the thumbnail size and output quality as well as several general layout details and more. It can generate all the pages and HTML code, or optionally only create thumbnails of your images. Web Picture Creator is easy enough to be used by a beginner, but also offers enough flexibility to accomodate specific needs.
