| Omniquad Personal Firewall monitors in/outbound network activity in real time and lets you control which programs are allowed to access the Internet. You can define trusted zones for LAN IP addresses or websites and the program will alert you of any attempted intrusions. When a program is trying to use the internet, you are prompted to allow or disallow the activity, with an option to remember the choice, so you don`t have to confirm your frequently used programs all the time. In addition, Omniquad Personal Firewall can automatically lock your internet connection after a specified time of inactivity, and also offers a Global Lock button, that lets you block all network traffic immediately. Additional features include email protection to quarantine suspicious attachments, detailed logging and more.
