| ProxyBag is a simple but efficient tool to validate a list of proxy servers. It can import proxies from an online site or directly from a text file you provide. It then checks the proxies not only for connectivity but also tests if they can actually access a specified web page. In addition, it checks the proxies anonymity using the ProxyJudge script, and can remember bad proxies and exclude them from future checks.
