| WhoisView allows you to determine the owner of an IP block. Unlike regular WHOIS tools, WhoisView may be used to find information like... Who owns a specified IP address block, who is the web hosting provider for a website, who provides the DNS for a domain, etc. To make proper use of this software you should know the difference between IP Block ownership and domain name ownership, or otherwise use a regular WHOIS tool. A command line version of the software is also available.
