| LiquidIcon is a fully-featured icon editing program with features such as icon extraction, multi-icon resource creation, cursor creation, and multiple built-in graphics effects. The program comes with standard graphic editing capabilities (fill, pencil, selection etc.) and you you can also capture an icon size snapshot from anywhere on your screen, allowing you to further edit and customize it to create your own, unique icon designs. A small real-time preview, allows you to view the icon in its original size while you are working on it. Additional features include icon extraction, Undo, text tool and more. Can be used to create Favicons.
