| The HTML broadcast wizard is a handy utility that allows you to create personalized HTML mailings. By merging an HTML and/or text file with any ODBC database, you can quickly mail out a company newsletter by email. The HTML Broadcast Wizard works rather like the Microsoft Word mail merge - you create a form letter and then merge personalized data into each letter. This way, your letters are addressed to "Dear Joe" instead of ``Dear Customer," for example. This means you don t have to print letters, stuff and stamp envelopes and wait several days for a response. Moreover, you can open your contact databases directly with no tricky importing. If you store your customer information in an Access or SQL database, you can merge directly from those databases.
