| PopOops is a small and simple program that blocks all popup windows in Internet Explorer. It runs in the system tray and optionally plays a sound and/or shows a balloon tooltip every time a popup is blocked. You can bypass the popup killer and open a link in a new window by holding down the Control or Shift key. PopOops does not allow any further customization or exclusions, but simply closes *all* popup windows.
