| Proxy Changer allows you to quickly change IE proxy settings or switch between proxy servers. You can create a list of proxies and set one as default, and another as alternate. You can then switch between them from the tray icon, or turn off proxy usage completely. The program is useful if you frequently have to switch between settings.
