Cool MP3 Splitter provides different methods of splitting an MP3 file into smaller parts. You can split the file manually, which allows you to listen to the track and set breakpoints as desired, or you can split the file by time (e.g 60 seconds a split). In addition, you can split by size (kb) and include an .bat file that can rejoin the split parts. The split-by-size option is useful for transferring larger MP3 files by email, using multiple transmissions, allowing the recipient to join the received parts into the full size MP3. EvilLyrics is a small tool that works with WinAmp and automatically searches for lyrics (on the internet) to the song that is currently played in Winamp. It displays them in a small window that can be opened from the tray and also provides additional links to Google searches, Amazon album profiles, Lyric translations, offline storage and more. The latest version also supports Windows Media Player, Foobar2000 and Sonique (we couldn`t get it to work with Media Player XP).

Fast Mp3 Integration System allows you to quickly organize your MP3 downloads and move the files into the corresponding folders. You can set up a default directory (e.g My Music) and the program will then move the files into subdirectories, based on the ID3 tag information (artist name, album). If the folder does not exist, it will be created, otherwise added to the existing collection of files by the same artist. Optionally, Fast MIS can also create subfolders for artist and album. The program works directly from the Windows Explorer right click menu and offers additional ID3 tag editing and file renaming based on custom schemes. It comes with some additional little features for power users, that speed up filling the tag fields. Great for quick editing and sorting of a few files at a time, but the program is not designed to handle larger numbers (will open a new instance for each).

ID3 renamer enables you to update ID3 tags for an entire folder of MP3 files at once. If your MP3s have tag common information missing, like for example the artist name or the genre, you can use the software to quickly add this information to all of them at once. In addition, the program lets you rename a folder of files based on a mask that is assembled from the existing tag data. Additional features include character replacement and FreeDB integration. ID3 renamer does not provide a preview or Undo option, but allows you to manually confirm every change before it is final.
