Windows Terminal Services FTP (WtsFTP) enables you to transfer files between a Terminal Services Server and a Terminal Services Client. Unless you have the Server Resource kit installed, this is otherwise not possible and usually requires the use of an additional FTP client/server in order to transfer files.
